Ÿ  Propose for ALPS, Mitsumi, LGIT, Parton, MCNEX, JAHWA VCM brand 2015~2016 project RFQ.

Ÿ  Successful gained the MP project with Archos France from 2009. It’s achieved over 10 million US dollar revenue per year until to 2012.   

Ÿ  Completed the BOM controlling target with minimum 10% per year for Archos project.  

Ÿ  Satisfying the outsourcing plan for SCM controlling target. The EMS yields rate increased from 80% to 97%. 

Ÿ  Successful to gain the premium cost down results that achieved the rate from 4%o to 1.2%o within 5 years. That is 15% cost down per year average. 

Ÿ  Completed the self Risk Management plan by each industrial BU from 2002.

Ÿ  Accomplish zero accident under the risk management plan from 2003-2006. 

Ÿ  Establish & training the emergency management team for each BU to satisfy OSHAS 18000.  

Ÿ  Successful gained the on the Job training reward from St. Paul Re / SITC / Munich Re. in 1997 & 1999. 

Ÿ  Acquired the Casualty Underwriter & Claimer License in 1996 & 1997. 

Ÿ  Successful to apply new Kidnapping insurance policy wording and got approval from Ministry of Finance in 1997.
