As a customer service agent I think I have a knack for providing customers with the best solutions,since I worked in the service industry for many years I m familiar with dealing with different problems customers may have.

With my qualification I believe there are many things I can contribute to your company and I believe I will be a good asset to your company .

My short term goal is to work at a promising company which provides training programs and advancement opportunities to its staff.

My name is Yen Ting Wang, born in the heart of Taipei area has a
wonderful family, I am a second child, a sister and two brothers, so that I have a good social coordination and adaptation ability. Parents teach us from an early age with a good teaching by example, let us develop healthy self-judgment, can be independent.
I had been involved in learning flute band, which is a regional youth orchestra, in a team where I learned discipline and self-control, and how team members to support each other, is my greatest achievement.
Due to interest, chose the Department of Philosophy at Chinese Culture University. From Philosophy Department learned is not very specific things, but in a very subtle place can feel your growth, for problems found are more sensitive to it. Interaction with the classmate in the school is good, also like to contact with people, learning a variety of different experiences. Department of Philosophy gives me is to understand humility. I do not think there is any work is unimportant, not self-limited to a certain framework, willing to learn all field .
I have a good personality and easy to get along with people, willing to listen patiently and give advice, so I can clearly understand each other's ideas, needs; can be clearer and more effective to solve each other's questions and problems.
I really like working of the service and want to know more about the knowledge of different field. I think this work is very consistent with my ideal career and goals. I hope in the future I can learn a lot of things in this field.
I know that now is the fierce competition in the industry, but I am willing to pursue my goals and efforts to get the chance.
