"Impact of Corporate Social Irresponsibility Events on CEOs and CFOs"

• This study examines the influence of irresponsible events on the CEO and CFO of listed companies by merging the data of the changes of CEO and CFO of the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and the negative event database of the Taiwan Economic Journal (TEJ) and related financial data. The results show that after irresponsible events, the board of directors will fire senior executives, resulting in the turnovers of the CEO and CFO, but not affecting the average compensation of senior managers.
