Responsibilities

• Own platform definition and product planning for Intel Xeon 6–based UP AI server systems, contributing to system architecture and platform direction for AI and data center workloads, covering CPU, PCIe topology, storage, and thermal design.
• Translate requirements into system specifications, defining architecture, PCIe and I/O resource allocation, and making key design decisions with R&D to balance performance, scalability, and system constraints.
• Drive platform-level design decisions and reviews, including PCIe lane allocation, storage architecture and AOC/GPU integration, ensuring performance, compatibility, and system scalability.
• Lead cross-functional technical alignment across HW, FW, SI, and thermal teams for 6 standard platforms and 10+ customized solutions, driving scalable system integration and design feasibility.
• Own end-to-end product development from design through NPI, including validation strategy, risk management, and critical issue resolution to ensure production readiness and schedule commitment.
• Enable global product deployment across APAC and EMEA, providing system-level technical positioning and supporting customer engagement for AI server solutions.

• Led platform development and execution to successfully bring 4 Intel-based server platforms to mass production.
• Defined and delivered 10+ customized server solutions, including two key projects that secured 10K+ unit customer orders, driving significant business impact.
• Strengthened platform reliability and ecosystem compatibility by validating 50+ AOC, GPU, and PCIe devices, enabling stable deployment across diverse configurations.
