Currently serving at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), primarily responsible for interpreting UAV physical inspection MOC provisions, formulating and analyzing domestic and international UAV regulations and policies, and analyzing manufacturing processes and testing methods for UAVs and civil aircraft.

I am interested in research on aircraft engine carbon emissions and climate change. Additionally, I have a strong interest in carbon pricing methods, carbon emission trading, carbon environmental taxes, carbon credit mechanisms, internal carbon pricing, and their practical applications across different countries.
