Hi there, My name’s Alan. Over the years, I’ve delved into various work experiences starting from the age of 16. I've always had a streak of independence, driving me to explore diverse domains and pick up new skills along the way. These experiences have been a mixed bag, ranging widely in scope. However, they all have one thing in common: they've honed my problem-solving abilities to a razor edge. Whether it's troubleshooting hardware or debugging software, my approach remains consistent—I brainstorm potential solutions and then dive into trial and error until the issue is resolved.
Before entering Phrozen and working as a customer service engineer, I was an intern in Chailease Company which especially focus on providing enterprise loans and retrieve installment from them, it was that time I acquired a massive amount of financial knowledge, know the contracts details and the ways of approaching customers and build up the trust between us. However, the reason why I left there is because of the reality, here in Taiwan, the environment requires more technical background labors and it also deeply connected to the later career, that’s why I decided to look for another opportunity, initially, I was always looking forward to working abroad, but it couldn’t be fulfilled because my limitation back then as I still needed to enter the military service. Later, Phrozen reached out to me and I finally had a chance to accumulate my hardware and software working experience.
This knack for problem-solving is closely tied to my aptitude for comprehensive understanding and effective communication. Adapting to different situations under varying conditions has been essential in my journey. My linguistic prowess has been invaluable, broadening my horizons and enabling me to navigate a diverse world with ease.
Beyond the professional realm, my personal interests, such as reading and photography, have played a significant role in shaping my character. I find solace in moments of solitude and cherish the freedom to travel alone. It's during these times that I immerse myself in the fabric of daily life, allowing my thoughts to roam freely. While I may not have faced many hardships yet, I acknowledge that life's challenges are inevitable. However, this hasn't made me jaded; if anything, it has instilled in me a resilient spirit and the courage to confront whatever obstacles come my way. I firmly believe in my ability to adapt to any circumstance and respond with clarity and conviction.
