Prepare delivery receipt and material requisition slip for releasing of raw materials to the subcontractors.

Conduct year end inventory.

Consolidate all docue for the processing of payment on all subcontractors.

Monitor the time frame of the production for the new product.

Received and inspect spare parts delivery.

Monitor spare parts inventory in Engineering Department .

Preparing and consolidating all reports of mechanics personnel.

Preparing the machine downtime I reports.

Prepare machine maintenance documents.

Assist engineering manager in checking of plant facility during rehabilitation.

Assist material department on organizing of packaging materials warehouse.

Monitor and oversee production operation.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production output report.

Do daily and monthly inventory for all packaging materials and raw materials.

Monitor machine downtime, prepared and consolidates the daily reports by the machine operators and non machine operators.

Monitor the flow process of raw materials at tank farm on RO water and 100% prof of alcohol.

Monitor the 24 people production staff.

Hourly monitoring of machine performance and capacity (bpm).

. Prepare engineering specs drawing using corel draw that will used as a guide by cutting, sewing, washing and finishing department in their mass productions.

. Monitor different types of button mould borrowed by subcontractors.

. Check and measures 18x18 inches wash fabric for shrinkage test for washing reference.
