Factors influencing Agricultural E-commerce adoption in Pakistan {Under review in (Information Technology for Development) Peer reviewed Q3 Journal}

Research Experience

Dissertation on E-commerce Adoption and Socioeconomic Factors (2024)
Conducted quantitative research on the impact of Digital Literacy (DL), Perceived Usefulness (PU), and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on farmers’ attitudes toward e-commerce adoption in Southern Punjab, Pakistan. A sample of 304 farmers was used for analysis after data collection and cleaning. Employed SPSS and AMOS for data analysis, including Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), model fit assessment, and structural equation modeling.
Key findings indicated that socioeconomic factors, such as household income and farm size, significantly influenced the intention to adopt e-commerce, serving as control variables to assess varying impacts across different economic strata.
