Over seven years of practical experience in the electronics industry, spanning both electronics manufacturers (Sinbon Electronics) and international distributors (Avnet).
Currently, I am responsible for distributor business at Avnet, primarily working with Nvidia/EERO/NOKIA/L&G/Google. My role involves connecting suppliers EMS foundries and various departments within the client company to drive component selection, supply chain management and mass production progress, ensuring the project's successful implementation.
As the core window for the distributor and supply chain my responsibilities include:
• Coordinating information transparency among customers, EMS, and the original manufacturer to ensure consistency in inventory preparation, production scheduling, and delivery dates.
• Managing material supply risks (shortages, overstocking, rush orders, alternative materials) to ensure project progress amidst demand fluctuations.
• Communicating with the original manufacturer regarding product specifications, pricing, lead times, and long-term supply strategies based on customers' project roadmap.
• Maintaining close collaboration with the EMS manufacturer to handle supply chain details such as forecasting, scheduling, pilot production, and mass production implementation.
• Responsible for BOM analysis, quotation, and margin assessment, providing clients with the most suitable component combinations.
• Tracking the entire project lifecycle from NPI → EVT → DVT → PVT → MP.
I am stable, meticulous, responsible, and resilient under pressure. I excel at organizing complex information, managing project pace, and finding solutions to changing circumstances.
In the demanding and time-sensitive environment of customers' projects, I effectively connect internal and external resources to ensure progress and quality while maintaining good customer relationships and trust.
We hope to continue accumulating deeper expertise in the electronics and semiconductor supply chain, and we also look forward to more cross-border collaborations and project experience in the future.
