Autobiography

  • My greatest career challenge and period of growth came during my time at Hsiehyi Vietnam Co., Ltd., where I was responsible for the business of EVA injection midsoles. I joined in the late stages of factory establishment in 2015, stepping into a completely unfamiliar environment. Starting from scratch, I independently developed relationships with brands and shoe factories to gradually secure orders.
  • From the third quarter of 2015, orders steadily increased. By 2016, monthly production reached 200,000 pairs (around USD 200K). In 2017, this rose to 500,000 pairs, and from 2018 to 2019 stabilized at 800,000 pairs (around USD 800K). After 2019, we strategically collaborated with shoe factories to gradually adjust production capacity structure. These results were achieved through persistent efforts in maintaining long-term cooperation with international brands and manufacturers, including Adidas, PUMA, Skechers, CROCS, and Under Armour.
  • In addition, my frequent business trips to Vietnam, China, Cambodia, Singapore, and the United States greatly expanded my international perspective and ability to work across different cultural environments.
