The above experiences increase my TS and technical skills sharply while discussion, issue solving and analysis with both colleagues and
customer.
Also, I have learned that trained patience and a careful attitude sets me in the right frame of mind to face any challenge,
I can summarize my work attitude as enthusiastic; I am willing to accept challenges and will go all-out to complete tasks required by the
company.
* Install & Re-location tool -> onsite support and trobule shoot with plenty of issues. Discuss with both internal manager and customer side for better solution and analysis for best outcome.
* Customer support -> Support for aftersales repair/maintenance for trouble shooting/ hardware job/ modify case. Communicate with all the action and documented to improve work effiency, yeild rate and customer satisfaction.
* Business trip -> By traveling to other side support, sharing with differnece TS experience with colleagues to increase my technical/TS skills
