• Lead on-site EHS operations at TSMC Fab 20, including safety audits, and PPE compliance checks during Phase 2 ramp-up.
• Conduct real-time field inspections and enforce corrective actions for safety violations, including general operations, subcontractor work, and KLA self-defined high-risk operations.
• Support internal and customer audits (e.g., TSMC ISEP) by preparing reports, tracking violations, and following up on improvement plans.
• Maintain weekly reporting on site safety performance, audit findings, and training activities.
• Coordinate weekly EHS meetings with TSMC ME and RD customers to ensure alignment on safety protocols and operational readiness.
• Delivered EHS training to overseas employees supporting TSMC in Taiwan.
• Weekly routine KLA internal training update the latest requirements from TSMC.

Hsieh-Kun is one of a facility vendor in TSMC, producing equipment base and isolation system, like foundations and seismic, and I worked there for 3 years.

My responsibility is overseeing construction safety supervision and management at TSMC and conducted daily site inspections to ensure contractor compliance with EHS standards.
