• Developed BIOS for Desktop Motherboard A7N266, integrating 1st generation nVidia PC chipsets with proprietary BIOS codebase through revising kernel codebase (mainly on PCI hierarchy, chipsets and memory initialization, ACPI ASL code..etc).
• Developed BIOS for Desktop Motherboard P4B266, leading platform for Intel mainstream chipsets, enhancing system compatibility and performance through tuning chipsets registers , eventually this product got top benchmark record in market.
• Engineered specialized BIOS for HP OEM desktop system, tailored to unique specifications and performance requirements.
• Established and led new BIOS Quality Assurance (QA) team, significantly enhancing essential quality of BIOS releases and save engineering resource on validation and bios release efforts.

As junior BIOS engineer, led BIOS development for server motherboard with first VIA dual-CPU chipsets based on AWARD BIOS codebase, completed development and launched to market at first place.
