· Lead ODM / OEM Lithium Battery product development and construct project milestone and WBS from NPI to MP readiness to meet customer's requirement.

· Proactive and communicative to coordinate internal resources for sample builds, manufacturing, testing and production line setup in both China and Taiwan factory.

· Coordinate and manage quality review for BMW / GM's audit to meet IATF16949 / VDA requirements.

· Drive resolution of quality issues with 8D, 5H1W methodology and ensure root cause identified and appropriate corrective actions are taken.

· Primary interface between Brand / Tier1 customers and internal teams from quality aspect. Coordinate cross fabs/functional teams to achieve customer special requests.

· Responsible for NPI development with Apple project from product design with PD team, DFM review, manufacturing timeline arrangement, raw materials schedule control to production SPC control.

· Establishing reliability testing schedules, FMEA and prevention plan with Apple Quality team.

· Laser photomask inspection system specialist for tool installation, laser and optical system management, inspection process improvement, data integration and root cause analysis of failure mode.

· Key account customer (TSMC) relationship management and communicator between JP headquarters and Taiwan.

· Increase photomask inspection success rate from 95% → 98% by DOE concept and SPC method.

Construct training plans for customers and new colleague and help customer optimize automation process for potential problems prevention.

· Develop novel orthopedic implant with CEO and American KOL directly.

· Representative of 2019 AAOS exhibition in America as R&D interface.

· Led team developed 3D printing technique in hip prosthesis manufacturing and lightened the implants design by 40%.
