Product: Immersion-cooling battery pack

Responsibility:

• Hands-on ability, able to assemble and maintenance system
• Read and conform drawings, diagrams, specifications
• Inspect system installations, assemblies, and circuits
• Tutorial, FAQ, SOP, training sessions, report
• Customer on site service
• Communication and coordination with customers or suppliers
• Develop prototype with R&D

Products: servo drives, servo motors, linear motors, variable frequency drives, HMI (Human Machine Interface), CNC controllers, robotic arms.

Responsibility: return products repair, edit repair manuals and SOP, designing testing fixtures, and organizing product training for global subsidiaries and dealers.

Maintenance ability

• Identify the causes of product malfunctions (design/process/material) and assign responsibility.
• Develop repair methods and estimate the working hours for new products.
• Responded to customer inquiries and provided technical assistance over phone and in person.
• Helped streamline repair processes and update procedures for support action consistency.
• Design/Optimization of repair and Testing Methods
• Global Product Training:
  Training sessions for subsidiaries in Taiwan, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, India, Turkey, Netherlands.

• Product: Parts of braking system, calipers,pads, brake hoses, dust cover, steering knuckles, brake boosters
  
• Responsibility: design and development of parts, simulations, prototyping, and verification to ensure the feasibility of the design.
  
• Ability: mechanism design, process planning for product development, project scheduling, and cross-departmental communication

• Achievement: Advance the mass production schedule of brake pads by three months, ARTC test track driving license level C, project of gas car convert into electric power.

• Product: Magnetic sensor
• Responsibility: Tech support, design-in, Demo, supplier training, FAQ written.
• Testing program(LabVIEW) improvement, verify specs in datasheets.
• customer includes cell phones, smart watches, drones, sweeping robots
• Willingness to learn: in order to improve my coding skill, I registered a C/C++ programming course of department of computer science and information engineering of NTU. And complete it during my spare time.
