I am Brian Hsieh, a recent graduate from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. Last year, I successfully completed my academic studies and fulfilled my military service, an experience that honed my problem-solving and challenge-handling abilities. With a serious and diligent attitude towards both work and learning, I am committed to continuously improving my skills. My initial encounter with the culinary world was during my time studying abroad in the UK, where the necessity to cook for myself ignited a genuine interest. From selecting ingredients to the cooking process, every step was filled with anticipation and excitement. I eagerly anticipated creating diverse flavors using various ingredients. As I delved deeper into culinary exploration, I recognized my limitations and the inability to match the skills of others, sparking a desire to further explore the realm of culinary knowledge.

This passion, distinct from my university major, brings a heightened sense of anticipation and excitement when engaged in cooking. During this period, I documented my culinary creations on social media during my leisure time. While in the UK, I frequently invited friends to taste and provide feedback, allowing me to identify areas for improvement. Despite my academic background being unrelated to the culinary field, I have considered regarding cooking merely as a hobby and potentially pursuing a career related to my major in the future. However, I firmly believe that without giving myself the opportunity to pursue this passion, I might regret not exploring the possibilities it holds.
