I am Cassie, and I grew up in Xindian District, New Taipei City. I am the eldest of three children, with two younger brothers. I attended Tamkang Junior High School ans began boarding school there. In high school, I moved to California, USA, on my own, handling everything from the visa application, dining the right school and a host family by myself. After returning to Taiwan in 2020, my first job was as a laboratory research assistant, while also serving as the Vice President's secretary and HR manager. My responsibilities included preparing materials in the lab, managing tests, and overseeing inventory. Additionally, as the Vice President's secretary, I arranged schedules, attended various meetings, and hosted clients. As the HR manager, I was responsible for training new employees.
I am very independent and highly adaptable. I have also served as the special assistant to the Chairman, who was not a Taiwanese. As he needed significant assistance in various aspects of his life in Taiwan, including legal matters, I had to proactively understand his needs and manage his daily life, sometimes even serving as his driver. Additionally, I was responsible for the company's accounting and administrative tasks, such as monthly invoicing, expense reporting, bookkeeping, and the inventory and safekeeping of company assets and keys. I often had to translate documents and act as a communication bridge between the Chairman and employees, and I frequently assisted the HR department with onboarding and introducing the work environment to new hires.
Recently, I worked as an English customer service specialist for a sneaker e-commerce company, where I was mainly responsible for responding to emails, training employees, and creating over 300 pages of departmental SOPs. I am passionate about learning new things, solving problems, and helping others. I learn quickly, have strong comprehension skills, eager to learn and can adapt to new tasks rapidly. I am an outgoing person, though I might be a bit shy at first. I lived in the United States for over 10 years. While I may not have extensive work experience, I am confident that, if given the opportunity, I would be a valuable asset to your company. Thank you
