• Independent study in clinical neuroscience, animal model experiments, Western Blot technique, protein detection (BCA), animal model experiments (mice).
• Mice involved drug injections and dissections. Differentiation of neural stem cells, cell culture, IF (immunofluorescence) staining, and ICC (immunocytochemistry), and utilization of fluorescence microscopy. Frozen tissue sectioning technique.
• Exploring FGF23 induction of pluripotent stem cells, the relationship between chronic kidney disease (CKD), and neurodegenerative diseases.

• Shortlisted: MERCK Young Scientist Award 2024, and a research fellow at Academia Sinica.
• Independent study in neuroscience, construction of the forebrain projectome in adult zebrafish.
• The dissection and behavioral studies of the zebrafish animal model, utilization of fluorescent microscopy, techniques of genetic transfection including electroporation and establishment of plasmids, and the application of fluorescence microscopy.

It also encompasses fundamental concepts of conformal microscopy, scientific reporting, writing skills, and an introduction to basic neuroscience.
