• Manage the inflow of requests and prioritize KYC & client onboarding
• Manage KYC operations for a large investment bank
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams
• Take end-to-end ownership and coordinate with various teams
• Source various documents and KYC details for each client
• Follow up on any delays and deficiencies in KYC documents
• Perform audit checks for the cases processed at all levels
• Manage KYC/AML refresh due diligence for high-, medium-, and low-risk customers on a periodic basis
• Knowledge of entities like Banks, LLCs, LLPs, NGOs, and corporations
• Update the AML system with reasonable closures of non-suspicious alerts
• Screen entities, owners, directors, and related parties against sanctions/PEP
• Find different and detailed layers of ownership of entities and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership details
• ILQA / Compliance Checks
• Quality assurance of internal projects for internal and external clients
• Verify data as per policy of each country (EMEA, APAC, Cayman Islands, etc.)
• Perform quality checks on work performed by the organization at the KYC level on documentation.

• Maintain Excel sheets
• Use Citrix software for maintaining product information
• Use CAP software for maintaining product data
• Use shortcut functions
• Sort and filter data
• Rectify errors in the project
• Basic knowledge of interacting with clients from abroad.
