• Manufacture - Due to the experience in traditional precision processing, I was familiar with the materials selection and processing methods of various fixtures.
• Verification analysis - Had experience in fixture verification analysis and failure analysis in the process.
• Statistical calculation of process capability - The key dimensions of the specifications must reach cpk>1.33, so it is necessary to know whether the fixtures made by the supplier meet the specifications.
• Process integration - Got orders from the customer and then discussed with the customer on design, process planning, production and final shipping.
