My name is Yu Cheng Yun, but you can call me Mako. I'm a third-year student at Tamkung University. I have a lively and outgoing personality and I'm not shy about interacting with others; I can easily build good relationships with people. I take my work seriously and am not afraid of hard work, always wearing a smile.
As an assistant in the ITM student association during my third year of college, I've gained a lot of experience. This includes learning how to organize events, plan and book venues, control budgets, and most importantly, work as part of a team. I found it more challenging than I expected because I couldn't do it alone, and there were numerous details to consider. After investing a lot of time and effort in summarizing and compromising on the opinions of other team members, we successfully completed the project planning. For me, this sense of achievement is precious and unprecedented.
Overall, I'm an enthusiastic college student eager for the opportunity to broaden my horizons by studying in a different country, collaborating with diverse people, and living in a new environment. While stepping out of one's comfort zone and navigating unfamiliar surroundings may be daunting for a college student, I believe it's an invaluable chance for personal growth.
I'm extremely excited about the prospect of having an internship in the future, as it may be the most valuable and practical experience I'll ever have. Not only will it improve my English-speaking and social skills, but it will also enhance my ability to address various issues I may encounter in the future.
