• Project management - Schedule controlling, test scope arrangement, daily report review

• Training rookies and engineers for testing GCF and Generic test easily.

• Perform GCF test with TS11 document and 3GPP. Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11ac/ax and 3GPP TS 36 series.

• Perform Generic/Lab/Operator tests around the world, such as USA, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, China, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Japan, Australia and Taiwan

• Collect, analyze log files for failure cases, compile results and report bugs to customers and clarify issues with R&D team

• Create Generic test cases and slide for customers

• Create and modify GCF and Operator’s test cases SOP, such as IPCANI, VoLTE, VoWiFi SOP, LTE, and network information sharing

• Familiar with ShannonDM, Qualcomm / MTK / HiDs / Spreadtrum log analysis

• Android phone / Module / Windows laptop / Tablet / Router field / IoT devices tests for RCS/VoWiFi/VoLTE/NB-IOT on GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G NR system

• Review manufacturing plans to ensure manufacturing processes in specification

• Failure Analysis (FA) project - from measurement, non-destructive analysis to destructive inspection to find the root cause

• Analysis of qualified critical specifications for manufacturing process control implementation
