- Customer probe card quality issue handling:

➜ Analyzes the root cause of the failure.

➜ Provides customers with countermeasures and suggestions.

➜ Having 8D report / fishbone diagram / 5W3H analysis method to explain cause of failure.

➜ Using Allegro circuit diagrams to debug / Probe Card planarity adjustment in OSAT.

- Customer DOE Probe Card test project planning:

➜ Customer production demand planning test and verification.

➜ High and Low temperature reliability verification.

➜ Probe mark reliability verification.

➜ Key parameter research.

➜ Probe card DOE report writing.

- Supporting customer: Winbond, ESMT, ISSI, Micron, Infineon, Renesas.

- Product technical maintenance for Europe & North / South American markets.

- Assist product introduction support ensure can be mass-produced according to schedule.

- Make product technical service manuals for the first-line technician have basic maintenance concepts.

- Handle customer complaints, analyze root causes and solve problem.

- Customer warranty cost , KPI maintenance

- Engine maintenance Department (Low-Pressure turbine section).

- Providing the maintenance partners with precise parts, cross integration between department.

- Assist on-site units to solve engine maintenance problems.

- Control the maintenance progress and engine maintenance data.
