The Chinese Cryptology and Information Security Association (CCISA for short) was founded in 1994. CCISA is the largest and well-established academic association devoted to cryptology and information security in Taiwan.

Taiwan Association For Web Intelligence Consortium (WIC) was established in 2008. It is an organization focused on researching and promoting network intelligence technology. This society may be dedicated to exploring the application and development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, machine vision and other related fields in Taiwan.

The Taiwanese Association for Consumer Electronics (TACE), founded in 2008, is an organization comprised of specialists from industry and academic organizations whose common interest lies in facilitating communication, study and application in the consumer electronics community and relevant fields.
