• Design Studies and Coordination: Develop, execute, and evaluate design studies independently. Coordinate design work across departments, ensuring alignment with project schedules. Track the system's elementary diagram and component list, provided by the system engineer. Verify component design specifications and use SolidWorks for configuration design, including air, hydrogen, water channels, and mechanisms. Conduct design reviews with the system engineering department.
• Supplier Communication and Production: Communicate and collaborate independently with external suppliers to achieve stage tasks and production goals. After process evaluation, use 2D drawings for design for manufacturability (DFM) discussions, price evaluation, and procurement arrangements. Oversee product sampling, mold opening, trial production, and mass production according to the development schedule.
• Assembly and Verification: Personally assemble and verify projects, serving as a liaison between external suppliers and company departments. Design and assemble verification samples, and pre-mass production samples. Create and follow mass production assembly instructions. Analyze problems, develop countermeasures, and document all processes in the design and development history. Obtain necessary documentation from external suppliers, such as material certifications, and product testing standards.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver weekly reports to the management department, confirming development schedules and addressing any encountered problems and their solutions.

• New Product Definition: Develop proposals for new product definitions involving integrated motors and new technology applications. Create mechanical design and functional verification samples, and deliver internal presentations to showcase and review proposed designs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various professional fields within the department to effectively divide labor and complete tasks according to project schedules. For example, in the SWA project, use Sketch provided by product designers for process analysis, coordinate with the regulatory department to confirm patents, and work with the purchasing department to select and procure bicycle accessories and parts during the frame mechanism design phase. Ensure regulatory certification, such as EN15194, is conducted during the trial production phase.
• Production Technical Engineering: Serve as a production technical engineer for developed products. Independently create detailed drawings, coordinate with external suppliers, and manage phased tasks including design for manufacturability (DFM), price evaluation, and procurement arrangements. Oversee product sampling, mold opening, trial production, and mass production in accordance with development progress.

• Frame Design and Drawing: Independently complete the structural design of the frame based on drawings provided by the industrial designer. Create detailed 2D drawings and conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) assessments with external suppliers.
• Procurement and Mass Production: Arrange procurement and manage the transition to mass production. Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure quality inspection standards are met and oversee acceptance operations post-production.
