  • Represented the projects in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) meetings, investigations, and public hearings, ensuring regulatory alignment and public stakeholder engagement.

  • For the bidding of the Round 3-2 offshore wind farm in Taiwan, responsible for the SOW of WTG, FOU, subsea cable, and the design of FOU, cable laying, and OSS for the MeiSen and another project. Responsible for all works related to supplier liaison, RFP production, bidding document review, and bidding document organization.
  • Responsible for selecting and incorporating engineering consultants during the concept design phase. Enact regulations, specifications, and parameters for concept design and RFPs for suppliers.
  • Focus on examining and translating the raw data of the Environmental Impact Assessment of the MeiSen offshore wind farm from contracted consulting firms.
  • Overlaying designated restricted areas while cross-referencing other competitors' wind farm coordinates to seek out potential wind farm development areas for turbine layouts, cable routes, landing points, and onshore substations.
