My name is Tzu-yi Chuang, I’m 29 years old and from Taiwan. I worked for one year as an administrative assistant in my family’s forging company, where I handled documents, coordinated between departments, and supported daily operations. I’m an organized and adaptable professional with experience in administration, customer service, and sales.
To improve my language skills, I traveled to Missouri, USA twice. These experiences strengthened my ability to work across cultures and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds—an important skill in today’s international logistics industry.
I studied English for eight months at Lindenwood University’s language school and later earned a TOEFL ITP score of 520 out of 677 within three months. I’m currently learning Dutch and preparing for the Dutch MVV visa. For personality, I’m outgoing, quick to learn, a good communicator, and enjoy working in teams and solving problems under pressure.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in English and served as Vice President of the English Department Student Association, where I gained experience in event planning, leadership, and coordination.
