I have worked as the Production Management Section Manager and package section manager for electroplating industry in mainland China, and return to Taiwan after the covid-19 epidemic, change career to wind turbine industry and worked as the production section manager.(Package Section Manager)After I military service, I interviewed Dongguan Qunlian Hardware Products Co., Ltd., which is a Taiwan-funded traditional electroplating industry. The main product is to galvanize various automotive parts (iron material) The main work content is responsible for the management of finished product inspection, packaging and shipping and product post-processing. Because the relationship between finished product inspection and quality control department has a very close contact and cooperation, together with customers to discuss, discuss the causes of defects, solutions and methods after the use of status tracking. It is also because of the close delivery and delivery plans that have a very close cooperation and understanding with the Production management.
Production Management Section Manager: A year and a half later, the company's internal personnel changed. Because I have a good understanding of the Production management, I was transferred from the Package Section Manager to the Production management Section Manager. The main work is to manage production schedules, urgent arrangements, customer correspondence, warehousing management and logistics management. .After the calculation of the freight and route and the adjustment of loading, the freight rate has been successfully reduced by two percentage points.
Supervisor and ISO internal auditor: Since most of the employees in the company are Chinese, Taiwanese cadres bear relatively more responsibilities. The supervisory management system is the management plan proposed by the chairman, which requires the design of a system that can check the entire company’s lack and be inspected by supervisors every day. , And I also participated in the design and follow-up inspection of the supervision system. At the same time, I also obtained the ISO internal auditor qualification. I conducted internal audit evaluation and improvement before the external audit of ISO14001 and IATF16949 each year, and acted as a juror during the external audit. The project responsible for the jury is usually the ISO14001 environmental system.
Production Section Manager: After the government intends to promote sustainability and green energy, I decided to enter related industries in view of the foresight. After coming to Tien-li, the company arranged for me to receive three months of technical training in Denmark, where I learned all the process technology, operating methods, equipment and material requirements. The blade model produced by our company was the latest V174 at that time. The whole blade was made of composite materials such as glass fiber and carbon fiber supplemented by resin vacuum infusion. I trained the personnel and lead the team to manufacture the first domestically produced offshore wind turbine blades. I also need to have frequent meetings with foreign clients and manage foreign colleagues, which has improved my English skills. Other work included controlling production costs and defect root cause analysis improvement, etc., Successfully reduced the production cycle from 120 hours to 55 hours.
