Through the conducting the marketing research and analysis, finding the right channel and topic to speak to the right person for each brands / clients. Since I worked in a small but skilled team, I need to be good at all different skills in order to cover for each other. Therefore, not only I can lead, but also I can handle and finish complete project by my own.

The work experience in previous position, DNM, had given me complete experience of how a earphone product been produced form sketch, I mean literally from my sketch.

I have been worked in DNM for 11 years, and that gave me opportunity to work between China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. We have been worked with top audio brands around the world during that period of time. And that gave me the opportunity to grow from a designer perspective to an executive management level, and helped to lay down the strategic plan on expansion of the company and business.

I led a team to bring 5 brand new designs form scratch to production in fast paced within 3 months, and lay down the foundation of the growth.
