My family consists of my father, mother, older sister, and older brother. My father was a retired police officer at the New Taipei Police Station. My mother is a traditional housewife. My sister is currently living in China with her husband, and my brother works as a programming engineer for China airline.
From my young age, I had a strong interest in mechanical. In senior high school, I resolutely chose to study the science and engineering subjects, and when applying to university, I specifically targeted mechanical engineering. Over my four years of university, I acquired a wealth of mechanical knowledge and skills. Of course, in the resource-rich learning environment of university, I began to realize that I couldn't just focus on my professional knowledge; interpersonal relationships, communication skills, and other social skills were also essential. After consideration, I decided to use part-time work as training, including working on the production line at the computer products company, Zhifu, which further enriched my experience in mechanics. I also worked in the service industry (as a waiter) to hone my interpersonal, communication, and even planning skills. However, as I was about to graduate from university, I decided to pursue graduate studies and enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering Research Institute at Yuan Ze University. There, I learned more mechanical-related skills, including drafting and analysis.
After completing my graduate studies, the issue of military service immediately arose. Initially, I tried to avoid it, but eventually convinced myself to view it positively. Throughout this process, I constantly sought breakthroughs. After being selected by the military police, I resolutely participated in the officer training examination. Although the responsibilities during my year-long military service would be greater, I believed this was an opportunity not to waste that time. Understanding military service and improving my leadership and management abilities will undoubtedly be of great help after entering the workforce.
My first job after graduation was as a mechanical design engineer. The R&D work taught me not only professional skills but also gave me a deep understanding of product development processes in the manufacturing industry and the responsibilities of different departments. Having gained some understanding and foundation in product design and cross-departmental/design/manufacturing/supplier communication and coordination, I developed a strong interest in project management. With an organizational background in the mobile phone industry, I entered a project management role, where my responsibilities included development timeline planning, design/manufacturing...
