Summary

My studies focused on real estate investment, market analysis, and development management. I built a strong foundation in financial analysis, analytical methodology, teamwork, strategic planning, and project evaluation.

I previously worked as a research assistant, supporting data collection and document translation. In July 2024, I interned at the New Taipei City Urban Regeneration Office, gaining a clearer understanding of urban renewal processes. From February to June this year, I interned in the Business Development Department at ALP Logistics, participating in warehouse operations and leasing activities. This experience deepened my understanding of industrial real estate, client needs, and operational strategies, while also strengthening my business support skills.
