· Integrated new Ericsson networking products including: VoIP PTT (Push-To-Talk) applications, MMS (Media Messaging System), IPMM (IP Multi-Media), and Airvanna 1xEVDO network equipment.

· Led test team for China Network Access License testing of Ericsson IS-95 CDMA network equipment in Nanjing, China. Subsequent to successful completion of this testing, IS-95 network commercial contracts were awarded to Ericsson.
· Led on-site engineers diagnosing network interoperability problems between Ericsson Base Station Subsystem and locally produced ZTE Mobile Switching Center equipment in China markets. Resolved interoperability problems with local handset vendors, resulting in successful product launch.
