Additional Information

I have been working on the SFDC E2C RPA project with the India IT team and the SFDC teams in order to assist the countries in the APAC region in rolling out the CAA tool. It is beneficial to use CAA tool with SFDC since it will save more time and make it easier for the customer excellence team to perform more tasks efficiently.

It was my greatest achievement in my career to have my project listed on the Merck EVA website as a success story.
