First of all, I have to say I am extremely interested in Public Affair. I think the HRM is a part of that. If you ask me "How could you claim that you are well-versed in labour regulations", honestly, by part-time working in 王品, I always feel frustrated with their working condition. But as a employee, there's practically no possibility to negotiate. Such as a big-scaled company, they even have no labour union for us to strive. That is why I don't want stay in the Corp. anymore. The prospect for me is not enough.

And, in the bachelor program of Public Administration, we have to learn Public-, Criminal- and Private- Law, including Labour regulations. In some case studies, it acquired relationship between capital and Labour. We do have to study HRM as well.

As for my personality, I've deliberated for a while. I am detailed-oriented, introspective, additionally, have a strong sense of justice and equality.

For a short conclusion, I thought I am qualified for this position.
