• Supplier Management: Communicating and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the quality and delivery schedule of materials and components.
• Production Process Monitoring: Overseeing the production process, addressing technical issues encountered during manufacturing, and ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

As a mechanical engineer, I frequently collaborate with other departments to advance product development work:

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinating with EE (Electrical Engineering), RF (Radio Frequency), Thermal, and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) to ensure that the overall product design meets diverse requirements.

1. Equipment Installation and Commissioning
Responsible for installation, commissioning, and acceptance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring that equipment meets technical specifications and performance requirements.
Coordinate with equipment vendors to manage transportation, installation, and handling of related documentation for equipment.
2. Equipment Maintenance and Care
Design and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation.
Perform daily maintenance of equipment, record maintenance activities, and analyze maintenance data to predict potential issues.
3. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
Quickly identify root cause of equipment failures, perform repairs or replace components to restore equipment functionality.
Analyze failure modes and propose improvement suggestions to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
