  • Concept Design: Conducting product concept design and solution evaluation based on market demands and customer requirements, and discussing with clients.
  • Detailed Design: Performing detailed mechanical design using CAD software to ensure manufacturability and reliability of the design.
  • Prototype Development and Testing: Coordinating the creation of MU (Manufacturing Unit) samples, conducting functionality tests, and optimizing the design based on test results.

During the product development process, I work closely with the manufacturing department to ensure that the design can be effectively transformed into mass production. This includes:

  • Supplier Management: Communicating and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the quality and delivery schedule of materials and components.
  • Production Process Monitoring: Overseeing the production process, addressing technical issues encountered during manufacturing, and ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

As a mechanical engineer, I frequently collaborate with other departments to advance product development work:
