Edson Ngiraiwet

1. This job that i was offered to do was based on helping out my community within my village. Ngardmau Government was my first job experience to lay hands on. it paid me a good enough money to support my monthly care. I went to work every morning from 8:00am to 5:00pm everyday on weekdays. i was assigned to maneuver heavy equipments such as riding trucks, bush cutting, lifting heavy objects, driving boats, and so many more. At the end of the day doing this job, our village is cleaned up, kept maintenance, and to determine the needs of helping out for the community. I enjoyed this work because it made me understand team work, knowing that it enhances performances through work, and also guides relationships with others intact.

2. This job was my only income, and it provided stability and guidance coming from the late workers.
