Accomplishments :

• Responsible for demonstrations in tsmc for over 6 months to support company in gaining orders of VOC and In-organics monitoring systems from tsmc F12P7, F18A/B, and F20.

Job Scope :

• AMC/VOC real-time measuring/monitoring for lithography process floor in semiconductor industry using state-of-the-art CRDS/Broadband CRDS.
• Collected and analyzed measured data from CRDS-based analyzer/system monitoring scanner, track, charcoal filter, FAB/sub-FAB ambient, etc., using Python script and Spectrum Analysis Software Tool to investigate chemical interference and identify unknown chemicals.
• Demonstrated and engaged clients to present device features and qualities to showcase business benefits to increase product sales.
• Field support to test, and improve scripts from RD for analyzing and diagnostics to maintain stability and extend capability of systems.
• Performed rigorous testing on new products before market launch, ensuring high quality standards were met.

Accomplishments :

• Traveled globally to support and solve pending service cases on CNC lathe machines manufactured in Taiwan, 90% of cases on pending list were solved and MTTR was improved from over 1 month to less than one week.

Job Scope :

• Product life cycle management and allocating resources to drive product (CNC lathe) support.
• Responsible for hosting lean stand-up meeting daily to follow up on pre-install, install, post-install, and service activities.
• Managed design serial follow-up and market feedback of product in maintenance and request of design change, including internal and external collaboration.

Accomplishments :

• Promoted service package for Gas/Liquid Purification and Chemical Delivery systems, which increased 20% service revenue during first year.

Job Scope :

• Reported to Director in Germany, globally managed 3rd. line technical support for various Gas, Liquid Purification, and Chemical Delivery systems.
• Investigated problems with hardware and software to trace faults, upgraded legacy systems to improve performance and reliability, and optimized system security and performance with proactive changes.
• Responsible for pushing service and periodic maintenance packages.

Job Scope :

• Worked in pilot team to work with HQ production team to learn/adjust production process created SOP, needed technical documents, and finally transferred YieldStar metrology production line from HQ to Taiwan.
• Worked in team to rebuild production line of YieldStar at ASML ACE in Taiwan, and created local requested SOP and documents.
• Manufactured in-line and stand-alone YieldStar metrology System, assembly, Calibration, Function tests, Qualification, and final acceptance tests.
• Contributed to continuous improvement activities with technical expertise in products.
