Role: Quality lead 

• Troubleshooting for the GPU issues and reducing fail rate from 60% to 10% after supporting optimizing thermal interface material (TIM) removed process in production line.

• Executed SIT performance tests, including Storage performance (fio), DIMM performance (MLC), and network card tests (iperf).
• Developed the configuration tuning guide and standard operation procedure (SOP) of the CPU high performance linpack (HPL) tests (both AMD/INTEL platform)., Troubleshooted over 10+ defect L10 systems after shock and vibration tests and helped the mechanical team narrow down the scope of analysis.
• Reduced 30% of L10 testing time by providing action plan and providing troubleshooting guide and training for production operators.
