Thanks for your time reading my words. I'm Evelyn, I was graduated from National Sun Yat-Sen University with the Bachelor degree of business administration in 2005. Optimistic personality and like to get along with others help me gain a lot in PM's territory. 

Job content of Networking PM: The products are all networking system solutions, including hardware design, software function development, mechanism and thermal solution strategy planning, packaging design, etc., and deliverables with customers' various certification needs. 

The main ODM project is to jointly develop industrial switch solutions with customer's specific requirement. Including project management and product management. Externally: Currently, we are mainly developing ODM products for American and Japanese customers. I'm responsible for project relatives such as customer demand communication, product development and cost assessment, risk management, customer product services, audits and issue response, all key account relatives need to involve. 

Internally, have rich experience in key component survey, cost analysis, factory process improvement, production cost-benefit assessment and improvement, supplier management, and involved in process transformation and construction to create more efficient project development process. 

Job content of consumer peripheral PM: Divide into 2 experience.

Consumer electronic peripherals: Spearker, earphone

White box, ODM, OEM products are involved. NPI process, customer aduit, production improvement, and vender survey are all job contents.

At that time, factory are located in dongguan, so I often have business trip to factory in order to help project proceeding. 

Consumer electronic peripherals: HDD enclosure, HUB, cardreader products. I started as a business assistant and was later promoted to PM. 

In the position of business assistant: in addition to basic business tasks such as customer management, order management, and customer complaint handling, I also experienced production management, such as material control, production schedule planning, forecasting, and material management. I also involved in procurement, production and property management, import and export, etc, gain experience on these.

Converted position to PM: Execute ODM product customization projects and white-box product development, cooperate with RD team on product development and factory-side communication and cooperation, and gradually accumulate PM experience in product expertise, project control, and risk management. 

In terms of future career planning and self-expectations, we will continue to learn and make progress, apply accumulated experience to future work, and hope to use different perspectives and experiences to enhance our competitiveness and contribute my capacity to the position.
