International Sales Representative
- Regularly report on sales progress and market share
- Planning international trade exhibition like Semicon, participating in planning and coordinating.
- Make a preliminary assessment of the contract (trading conditions, production process, product requirements, after-sales service) proposed by the customer, and seek assistance from other departments when necessary to respond to customer request immediately
- Provide customers with new products and market information, send samples as early as possible to obtain verify.
- Regularly review the order and performance status of each customer, make weekly reports, and report the latest status
- Immediately respond to customer complaints and assist customers in solving product, shipping process, return and rework related issues, and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction
- A bridge between customers and various departments to achieve the purpose of communication and coordination.
