Introduction

Dear whom I may concern, I'm Julian Te-Chen Li. "Te" in Chinese represents the expectations that my family has for me, encouraging me to uphold moral principles and incorporate virtues into my life. "Chen" means morning, which symbolizes new beginnings of a day, as I'm always optimistic and ready to tackle challenges. I'm a senior student in English Language and Literature at Fu Jen Catholic University. I worked as a teacher in a tutoring center.

To me, education goes beyond textbooks; it's about a method for how a person is guided and inspired.

Educational Journey

My educational journey has been full of changes and challenges. From junior high to vocational school, and then back to regular university, each transition has made me more mature. Despite not excelling academically, my family has always supported my pursuit of my own path. In vocational school, a mentor's influence led me to pursue English education. His expectations reignited my passion for learning, and I made progress in English. During my time at Providence University, I actively participated in campus activities and gained valuable learning experiences in the English department. After transferring to Fu Jen Catholic University, I found the educational atmosphere here more suitable for me, and I continue to pursue my academic goals and dreams.

Future Plans

I believe that education is about guiding students' growth and realizing their potential. To me, education is not just about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing students' abilities and characters. Therefore, I will continue to dedicate myself to the field of education, constantly improving my professional and leadership skills to become an outstanding educator. I hope to play a greater role in the future of education, influencing more students to become ambitious and virtuous individuals.
