- R&D: 3D mechanism design, drawing water and gas diagrams, BOM list sorting, purchasing materials and outsourcing, IQC (quality inspection), and researching the introduction of new technologies.
- Application: Understand the material characteristics and quality control standards of materials such as BGA, QFN, LGA, and Sim Card, and adjust various machine parameters in a targeted manner.
- Application technology: Vision software illumination stability adjustment, wafer cutting quality and quality improvement research, equipment configuration, and client optimization (organization or software).
- Customer service problem solving: machine movement positioning (installation), docking accuracy adjustment at each site, chipping, warpage and other problems caused by cutting wafers, UPH optimization and improvement of MTBA and MTBF at each site, driver and line abnormality troubleshooting, tuning motor and vacuum adsorption problem troubleshooting, mechanism optimization and customized material assembly, problem judgment ability and reporting accuracy.
