Artificial neural network asst silicon crystal growth CZ method modeling :
- Cz method was implemented via COMSOL multiphysics commercial software.
- 900 data where collected by changing parameters (crystal spinning speed, crucible spinning speed, insolation thermal conductivity. milt hight).
- Artificial neural network was traind using the data to establish a relationship between the parameters and the crystal-melt interface.
- Bayesian regularization was using to solve overfitting problem.
- Levenberg-Masquardt algorithm was used for optimization.
