Hansen Huang

Hi, my name is Hansen Huang, I studied mechanical engineering at National Taipei University after graduating from high school. I signed up for a project which was about summer work & travel program at USA. I picked up Six Flags amusement park , Illinois and began to work there for 12 weeks, it was only then did I found my passion on language
and interacting with others. After returning to Taiwan, I found that mechanical engineering was not actually what I imagine before, so I decided to take a transfer test and transferred to Tamkang University ELC (English Language and Culture). I also took TOEIC test and scored 820.
I also joined the exchange program with other countries' universities handled by Tamkang when I was at third grade. I chose Brandon university at Canada as my exchanged school and began to study there for a whole year. After this whole year at Brandon communicating with students from all over the world, I found how much differences there are between the education of Taiwan and Foreign countries, which makes me started to think about the meaning and necessity of continuing my college degree. After finishing my degree at Brandon, I discussed with my family about my opinions, and found it surprisingly that they all agree to me. That is why I decided to drop out at fourth grade. My plan was to finish my military service before I found my job, I will be glad to take an in-service master's program starting from September 2022 to complete my mater degree.
I finished my military service at the end of 2017 and was desired searching for a job which I’m interested in. However, due to the limitation epidemic, I was forced to leave my former job, and was looking for a job that my skillscan be used.
I have faith on my English skills and have great enthusiasm against international business and translation. I also have a complete understanding of translation businesses and have certifications for professional translation software (Trados, memo Q). I am glad to embrace new knowledge and have faith to learn whatever I need to handle it immediately. So if you’re looking for someone like me, I will be glad to take the chance to prove myself.
