Led a team of 3 people to organize 2 off-site EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) Professional Development events for university professors in Taichung (Feng Chia Univ. and Hungkuang Univ.), where 94 professors from universities nationwide participated; a satisfaction level of 4.7/5 was achieved and the media coverage was 3 news agency.
2. Organized a total of 8 events within 10 months of incumbency, including Workshops/Conference/ Teaching Assistant Training events; each of them received an average of 4.5/5 of satisfaction level.
3. Helped the supervisor to reach the annual KPI of signing MOU with 8 partner universities to strengthen bilateral relationship, foster resource sharing, and reinforcing the positive reputation of the Center.
