Handle major OEM and ODM customers, including AUO, Compuware, Logitech, etc. Understand the customer's operation policy and organization structure in detail, and find out all the business opportunities of the responsible departments, such as AUO automotive panel and dome screen, Compuware server power products, Logitech e-sports business. Understanding the development direction and focus areas of our clients, we help our clients and grow together with them. Especially in 2024, the account I was in charge of reached a record high, AUO automotive, generating $1 million.
Responsible for managing resources including product lines, marketing and engineering teams to promote various products to customers. Based on the customer's functional and feature requirements, whether from ODM or OEM level, propose the best solution covering the whole system, strategically assist and influence the customer's design to maximize efforts and results. A good example is our previous project at AUO, where we organized the functional blocks on the customer's PCB and provided products from four product lines (MPS, TSC, MOLEX, Amphenol) to maximize the solution to the customer R&D and sourcing needs, and this solution has been relied upon by AUO strategic product department to deepen the relationship between the two companies and promote the brands from qualified suppliers to OEM. This solution has been highly appreciated by AUO Strategic Products Department, deepening the relationship between the two companies and promoting each brand from a general supplier to a preferred brand.
Monitoring the market trend and customer’s demand and forecast. Since we all know that the market always change dynamically so we have to touch base to different people which might include customer’s sourcing, PM, buyers, and etc. to collect different information and cross reference the data to make sure that we fully understand the whole picture. To ensure the best supply chain and support for customer, preventing too much dead stock for ourselves.
