1.Manage ME team(12 members) , in charge of IP camera /PTZ projects 2.Control/report the project progress and leverage the human resource.

3.Review the mechanical design (plastic injection/die cast/stamping/aluminum extrusion) 4.review(optical/thermal/waterproof/DFX)design

5.Review/clarify ODM/OEM's RFQ mechanical related topics, compose NRE and project schedule.

6.in charge of OEM/JDM project ME leader , directly contact with customers(include Bosch/Pelco/FLIR/AVA...)

7.cooperate with product engineer/quality engineer/reliability engineer to find out issues , and feedback solutions(short/long term)

8.project cost control , sourcing/negotiate cost with vendors

9.package design

1.participate APPLE iphone 4 and ipad mini 1st generation development PD(produce design)

2.PD leader of ipad mini project, in charge of assembly line issue(material/design/assembly fixture/SOP)

3.work with apple PD for reliability/DOE

4.work with product engineer to increase yield rate.

1.mechanical engineer for bicycle computer and outdoor navigator

1.smart phone ODM/JDM project mechanical design, work with HP mechanical engineer

2.work with EE/RF/Acoustic engineer during development
