• Responsible for factory extension programs, including following jobs:

1. Manufacture tool-utility hook up/de hook up,especially in drain, ultra

pure water and chemical .

2. Manufacture tool move in/relocate/move out, and formulating tool

carrying path.

• Performing job hazard analysis before work and mid-term work safety examinations.
• Works on labor and material analysis and conduct budgets, based on terms and requirements in each case.
• Conducted regular facility inspections, identifying potential issues and initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborated with equipment engineer and designers on facility expansion projects, providing engineering expertise to optimize space usage.
