Autobiography
My name is Liu Hsiu-ying. I grew up in a small family: my parents and two brothers. My parents taught me to be honest and dependable as a child, which allowed me to do everything well, whether I was a student or working for my company. This also earned me a lot of commendation.
I am married, and I have a university son. I teach him like my parents.
I majored in Computer and Business Management in school, so I have more knowledge of computers. This is why I worked at a technical company for almost 26 years when I graduated.
I have worked for Flex as a test lead and system validation engineer in the System Validation Department. I am responsible for IBM, Amazon, Broadcom, and Fortinet projects, including Server/ Storage systems and server board products. For every new project, I plan the project schedule and test plan, so I learned and became conversant with the details and process of validation. I learned project planning and management and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Before Flex, I worked as an FAE in MSI and learned how to deal with customer problems, increase my ability to manage crises, etc.
A few years later, I transferred to the Department of Server DQA. And this is a good experience to learn validation skills.
