**1. Personality and Interests**
My name is Hui-Fang Wu, born in Kaohsiung, and I am the eldest child in my family, with a younger brother. My personality is enthusiastic, lively, and kind-hearted, and I am good at listening to others' troubles. I take joy in helping others and have always upheld this principle.
Since my mother was not around during my upbringing, my father worked tirelessly away from home to support me and my brother, which made me become independent and considerate. I have always tried not to cause my father any worry, which has been a source of comfort for him.
I have a wide range of interests, including reading, traveling, writing, and cooking. During my academic years, in addition to focusing on my studies, I would spend my spare time reading literary works and newspapers in the library to enrich myself. I enjoy taking landscape photos while traveling and documenting my feelings at that moment with pen and paper. The charm of writing lies in the creator's handwriting and the choice of words that reflect their state of mind. I have always loved the scenery of Japan, so after self-learning Japanese for six months, I traveled to Kansai to admire its beauty.
**2. Educational Background**
I majored in Animation and Game Design in university, where I gained an understanding of the production process and professional knowledge of animation and games through practical and theoretical courses.
During college, I actively participated in club activities. In my first year, I joined the department association, became the head of the "Event Planning Department" in my second year, and assisted in school activities as a counselor for high school student camps in my third year. By frequently acting as a communication bridge, I developed skills in conflict resolution and coordination, and learned how to work with a team to accomplish tasks.
My various part-time job experiences during student years helped me develop an independent and responsible attitude. I worked mainly in the school's administrative office, handling mail, file management, and phone calls. Through these tasks, I learned about the operation of administrative systems and document processing skills. Additionally, I worked as a waiter in a hospital cafeteria, which taught me how to deal with people diplomatically. I also worked as an operator in a food factory during the winter break, which made me understand the value of hard-earned money and the interconnected nature of production lines, as well as the difficulty of earning a living, similar to my father's hard work.
**3. Work Experience and Special Skills**
After graduating in 2016, I worked as an administrative assistant at a hydraulic component distributor for about two years. My responsibilities included handling business orders and managing accounts receivable and payable. I also self-learned to write small programs to assist the company in managing cost reports and inventory, improving work efficiency. Through this job, I gained knowledge about mechanical components. However, due to the company's violation of labor laws and failure to pay wages as per the contract, I felt that my future was not secure and chose to leave.
From May 2018 to July 2021, I worked as a customer service representative at Jikang International, a listed medical logistics company, where precision was crucial. The job involved dealing with numerous clients and adhering to the company's SOPs to maintain service quality and improve performance. I frequently used ERP systems and office software in this role. This job required meticulous checking to prevent order errors, ensuring that hospitals had the necessary supplies, which helped me develop patience and attention to detail. However, despite efforts to negotiate, my salary did not increase over three years, and I felt that the workload and salary were not proportional, leading to my disappointment with the company. At the same time, a friend invited me to join their newly opened store, so I decided to leave for that opportunity.
Currently, I am working as a salesperson in the electronics industry. This role requires solving various problems from different customers and frequent coordination and communication. I have learned to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work more efficiently, applying the knowledge I previously acquired to manage inventory and solve problems for the company. As the store's operation is stable and my phase of tasks is complete, I am looking for a position that will allow me to broaden my horizons and further develop my abilities.
**4. Career Plans and Self-Expectations**
I aspire to be financially independent and a stable force for my family while being able to give back to society. In the future, I hope to enhance my skills by stepping out of my comfort zone, continuing to improve in my work, and aiming for further progress. I deeply appreciate your time in reading my autobiography and sincerely hope that your company will offer me the opportunity to contribute my abilities, thereby achieving both personal and company goals.
